To take the guess work out of finding wine, our store is organized by "Flavor Profiles" instead of varietal. So, all the wines with similar flavors are grouped together. It's the easy and fun way to find wine with similar styles you'll love, every time.

• Citrus:  Crisp, bright acidity, aromas of apples and pears. In this profile, you'll find most of our Italian Whites and Sauvignon Blancs.
• Tropical: Creamy, ripe fruit, aromas of melon, sometimes floral. This profile includes most of our Chardonnays and Rieslings.
• Spice: Very aromatic, spice on palate such as clove, anise and white pepper.

White wines are made from grapes of all colors - even the dark purple variety! Most grape juice is naturally clear. To keep the wine white, wine makers crush the grapes and then remove the skins from the fresh grape juice before fermentation.
